Reply Hope Wilson August 21, 2015 at 8:49 am I have tried and tried to install this, I don't know how many times I've uninstalled it but nothing is working! That is about all I am currently capable of doing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (Flash Player 11 Active X , Flash Player 11 Plug in as well as Shockwave player 12.0. New question? check over here

I look at why, and one great alternative for FireFox users. I've tried searching for ‘Tools' and I can't seem to find it? Wow. Please help me leave it that way.
