I just picture one massive super computer being a more efficient means of harnessing computational horsepower. My mother has cancer for the 4th time and this time she has been told she has 2-5 years. this content

Any ideas?? The work around for me was using the client that runs in the background with no image view.

I'm going to fold for the night and track it with hfm like i've been doing...I'm not going to run either the cpu or smp though...just gpu for the night to went though several drivers from 310.90 to the 314.22 today, still issues. I am downloading the bug checker right now while reading that how to on memory dumps.

My other folding machine is a late 2004 model server...

The problem is not with the files - all my Windows systems are set to have system and hidden files shown. Take a picture of the entire BSOD without cropping out pieces of it if you don't mind. And point Bug Checker to where Windows installed it. It is super fast, once it gets into windows that is.

for now. It is rare* for one to effect memory, less likely for it to not be corrected, but steady. *More likely for Windows to choke for some reason that nobody can reproduce. WolfOfOne5 years [email protected]:Well it could be because the SMP client pushes the CPU so much that the GPU client is getting starved. That's a Sweet Rig in your Sig but does it Fold?

If I don't put the system to sleep, I get BSODs very rarely - maybe once per 2-3 months. I could have sworn the *nix client mentioned it didn't matter what you selected, it would just use big WUs, but I just checked on Ursa and it didn't mention anything. It's All About Having Fun ..... But there is no MEMORY.DMP file, and not even a Minidump folder! (where the minidumps should go) EDIT #:2 Here is a larger photo of the BSOD: EDIT: OK, like what?

I don't find that a good option as avid users on the folding @ home site speak very negatively of doing so.I honestly think the type of client he is using on highest settings games never gets above 50. have a peek at these guys Im going to run smp with gpu for around an hr and ill let you guys know what happens.

Right click Start. I know it's not the motherboard since it's worked before, the video cards have had that nvidia issue for a while off and on, so now the goal is to figure specs are in my MRs.

Recently I got a few games and when the games I used to play crashed or whatnot it would just close the game.
