ERROR So I ran devmgmt.msc, updated my AMD High Definition Audio Device driver, and uninstalled a "Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221" driver (no update was available). Anyways, that didn't fix the issue, and prior to that I'd already rma'd my video card for a new one.

What do you recommend?
