About the drivers, I tried updating them (device menager and Intel's site) but they tell me that the custom driver is up to date. Sometimes the bsod will mention a specific driver file which can lead to an easy fix if you reinstall the driver that the file is a part of.See if you can I'm not entirely sure which to check so I took a pic of the bios and some of the specs. check over here

Have you tried different driver versions? It works perfectly now thanks everyone for helping me .
