Oct 25, 2011 #2 maxamillion125 TS Rookie Topic Starter I installed the new cpu and it wouldn't boot so I did some research and then flashed the to the latest BIOS. In Prime95 stress... In a first attempt to fix it I deleted the drivers of the old cpu in the device manager but that didn't make any difference. I just put in my old CPU and my system is stable again.

  • I am using the cooler that came with the cpu which is actually a Cooler Master Gemini II with 4 heat pipes and it seems to work well, I might not
  • I must be doing something wrong somewhere?
